SERVICES ETI provides school districts with the highest quality of technical support and customer services: • Needs Assessment - we work with your staff to determine your current needs that are being met and current needs that are not being met. We feel that it is just as important to know what needs are currently being met by the solution you are currently using. Often times, without a thorough assessment, districts end up choosing the software that may give you the new capabilities that the old one did not have but lacks the core capabilities that you were used to having. We also work with you to vision your future needs. • Gap analysis - Working with your staff, together we will develop a detailed analysis that will give you a list of customization to meet your needs. The list will spell out “must have”, “nice to have” and “future needs”. This gap analysis provides both your district and ETI with clear expectations. Together, we will develop an implementation plan. Implementation cost is clearly defined for both ETI and your district and expectations are clearly defined up front. • Data Conversion - Although each school district has their unique data needs, ETI’s data conversion tools allow quick modifications to the conversion procedures, allowing clean-up of data, and apply currently relevant rules and regulations into the district’s administrative processing. ETI’s software greatly facilitates its process by providing a user-friendly screen allowing the user to edit its source and convert its data with a click of a button and facilitate uniformity of data format. • Training - ETI provides comprehensive on-site user training, IT staff training and training the trainers. • Application Service Provider (ASP) - ASP service frees school districts from its IT operations relieving district’s IT staff to assist the district staff in the analysis and manipulation of student data. All of the IT functions of managing the servers, database, upgrades and system integrity is handled by ETI. |
